We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team!

Science is a team sport and we strongly believe that the best work is done by a collection of individuals with diverse backgrounds, research experiences and interests. If you are excited about improving our understanding of how rare variation can impact human disease, the Samocha lab may be a good fit for you. We work closely with the gnomAD methods team, the Translational Genomics Group, the Analytic and Translational Genetics Unit, and many other groups in the Boston/Cambridge area.

Computational scientists
We do not currently have any open positions for computational scientists.

Postdoctoral fellows
We are actively recruiting for a postdoctoral fellow! If you have any questions about fit or the role, please email Kaitlin with a copy of your CV and research interests.

Graduate (doctoral) students
We recruit prospective graduate students from Harvard’s PhD programs, such as the Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) or Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics (BIG) programs. If you are enrolled in one of these and would like to rotate in our group or learn more about potential projects, please email Kaitlin.
